Since 2011, Anita Jackson (class of 1980), Tamara Lewis (class of 1992), and Crystal Watkins Johansson (class of 1995) have organized a Homecoming Reunion of alumni members of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated - Lambda Phi Chapter. At least 40 alumni return to campus for the reunion. In October 2015, the alumni members raised more than $1,400 to donate towards the Second Generation Scholarship Fund.
